Começando com ATL 2.0, a macro DECLARE_STATIC_REGISTRY_RESOURCEID é obsoleta. Para vincular estaticamente ao Secretário, você especifica o #define _ATL_STATIC_REGISTRY instrução no stdafx. h e usar a macro DECLARE_REGISTRY_RESOURCEID.
Para compatibilidade com versões anteriores, ATL define o seguinte:
